Create a post for the On-Air Community Calendar

Organizations may use this form to submit a community or civic event for the Channel 24/27/30 on-air community calendars (all posts must be non-commercial - no prices please). All fields have character limits to accomodate the on-air layout. Posts are moderated weekly. To submit a recurring event or a non-dated announcement, please leave 'event date' blank and only fill in the 'removal date' (when the post will be removed). Tips: Do not use ALL CAPS. Use abbreviations whenever possible (Mon., etc). Be clear and concise in your message.
Format: Wednesday, August 12, 6:00PM Select your event date and time. This is what will display on-air. For recurring events and ongoing announcements, leave this blank and instead add your dates(s) to the event description.
Format: Wednesday, August 12, 2026 This is the date the listing will be removed. This should be the same as the event date unless the post is an ongoing event or announcement. This field does not display on-air.
Event street address and city (exclude State and zip) Content limited to 40 characters.
Point of Contact for additional information about the event (phone number, email, web address, etc.) Content limited to 40 characters
