CMCM CLOSED through April 7

In light of recent Coronavirus information and Bay Area-wide “Shelter in Place” order, CMCM has decided to close the center to members and the general public through Tuesday, April 7th. We will reevaluate that date as conditions permit.

Over the past weekend, many states and local municipalities moved quickly to limit gatherings and personal contact as a public health precaution, the “Stay In Place” order finalizes those recommendations.

Given the often contradictory and inaccurate information coming from the Federal Government and the White House, we feel it is best to err on the side of safety for our members and our staff.

Existing Studio Reservations: Current reservations will be postponed.

Current Equipment Checkouts: Equipment that was previously check out can be returned by appointment.

Currently Scheduled Courses: Current courses will be postponed until further notice. Enrollees may either continue when possible or receive a refund.

Government Services: A large part of the work of CMCM is government services, covering local meetings and operating the related government channels. This work will continue since it is an essential part of public health and emergency communications between local governments and their constituents.

Programming Submissions: Programming will continue to be scheduled across all three channels. Series and Specials files can be dropped via USB drive or hard drive at our office mail slot at 819 A Street. We can also accept submissions via YouTube links or our Dropbox account (email mastercontrol@cmcm.tv for upload access).
